We provide a broad range of Market Expansion Services, which add value through high sales growth and quality of service delivery. We have a highly successful young team of 14 consumer goods sales and marketing specialists, who are fully backed by our logistics expertise. We represent Nivea, Brand’s Essence of Chicken / Bird’s Nest / Fruits, and Chang insecticide, and have achieved growth of over 25% for these important brands over the years.
Business Unit Healthcare
Our highly experienced sales team works alongside our team of medical promotion specialists delivering marketing expertise and regulatory affairs services. We provide Market Expansion Services to 21 suppliers through DKSH Lao’s Healthcare Business Unit. New suppliers joining us in 2009 included world-leading healthcare group Roche Pharma.
Logistics is one of our major service areas, controlled by daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and offering full compliance with the standard operating procedures of our customers. Our healthcare services also include quality assurance.
Business Unit Technology
Our Technology Business Unit supplies key areas in the construction, telecommunications, and mining industries. We provide local representation for international companies including Cummins, Bomag, Doosan, and other world-leading machinery companies. Based on our expert technical know-how and strong local contacts with service expertise, DKSH’s Technology Business Unit in Lao is a reliable source for all technology business partners.
